Paid public checkout is closed. The final withdrawal notice, service-performance terms and refund process must be reviewed before launch. This page does not waive statutory rights.

The platform submission service

The €5 fee concerns submission of a request, separate from the likeness agreement. Consumers generally have a statutory withdrawal period for eligible distance service contracts. Whether that right expires after full performance depends on the required prior express consent and acknowledgement; this build does not assume an automatic waiver merely because a request was sent.

Declare withdrawal

After a paid request, sign in and open Workspace → your request → Withdraw from platform service. Review the declaration, then choose Confirm withdrawal. We record receipt and send an email acknowledgement. Any refund due is reviewed separately. You can also send an unambiguous declaration to hello@webtakt.ai. A reason is not required.

Optional declaration wording

“I withdraw from the platform request submission service for [project or request reference].” Include enough information to identify the transaction and a reply address. Do not include card details or an ID copy.

Separate likeness agreement

Declaring withdrawal from the platform service does not automatically cancel the agreement between the requester and persona owner. That agreement and any applicable rights must be assessed separately.
